Q: I’m an existing user from the old site and I received a welcome email, how do I finalize my registration?

A: Follow the instructions in the “Welcome Email” you received or the same found here:

Option 1 (Social Login)

If the email address that you received the welcome email to is registered as your Facebook account you can visit here [Sign In] and click on the Social Login button that you want to use. IMPORTANT: The Social Account must use the exact email address that you received the welcome email to. If not, it will create a new user and your existing account will not be merged automatically. Once signed in with your social account you can visit [My Account] and update your profile.

Option 2 (Standard Login)

1. Visit here [Sign In] and click on the “Forgot or Need to Reset Your Password?” link

2. Enter the exact “Email Address” that you received your “Welcome Email” at.

3. Click the “Send Reset Link” button. An email with a link to create a new password will be sent to you in an email. Choose your new password and enter it twice. It must be at least 8 characters and contain at least one uppercase letter.

4. Once signed in with the new password you created, you can visit [My Account] and update your profile and manage your account.
